To maintain an enjoyable restaurant experience for all, we will not tolerate harassment, bullying, smoking, vaping, excessive marijuana smell or disrespectful behavior in any manner. Any person violating this policy will politely be asked to leave the restaurant.

Bascom’s is upscale and elegant but also a “Florida Casual” restaurant. We request that our guests’ attire be appropriate and inoffensive to others. Thank you for not wearing clothing emitting strong odors, excessively revealing clothing or with offensive language or graphics. We, also, politely request that men wear sleeves at Bascom’s.

Bascom’s Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone regardless of their reservation or status.
